“Adam has a passion for overall fitness and weightlifting, stemming from his days playing football both in high school and college; as well as several years of martial arts training. Adam can be found either at E3, Roanoke Jiu Jitsu Club, or his Church where him and his wife teach Sunday school.
Adam and his wife MJ are usually accompanied at the gym by their two daughters and are due in November with the next member of the #E3NextGen, their baby boy Jake.
Adam is so excited to be on the team, to connect with people and to motivate them to meet their fitness goals, but his number one priority is discipleship and living a life of service.
